CUSTOM CLEARANCE SPECIALIST
Purpose:To provide Logistic department interface with User Department with effective handling of the related to importation, customs clearance and to assure that the necessary Masterlists and its related importation permit of the different Contractors are in place and approved by the Government Bodies for material and goods including Explosive handling, both purchase and rental scheme.
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities :
- To ensure the fulfilment of important and custom formalities for Company and Contractors / Suppliers materials and equipments without any delay on the planned offshore drilling activity.
- To coordinate with Project and its contractor on the provision of Masterlist data submission and all supporting document as requested by the Authorities,
- To ensure the optimization of any benefits under the PSC in terms of custom, import/export duties and fees.
- To plan, organise and implement the receptions of materials and equipments handling customs clearance formalities and payment of any duty.
- To ensure that contacts are maintained with customs and other Authorities as necessary.
- To ensure that all certificates, licences and permits necessary for custom purposes are obtained when required.
- To act in the respect of professional ethics and Company code of practice.
- Maintain all the record and provide daily report on the status of all formalities including but not limited to Masterlist application.
- To prepare and process the Explosive permit and approval of Purchase and Usage Permit (P2), Ownership, Authorization and Storage Permit (P3), including the warehouse permit, transportation permit and transfer of ownership within the Company entity.
- Ensure all explosive permit validity is well maintain and updated as necessary.
- Produce regular report internal and external for Formalities, masterlist and explosive as required and governed by Laws.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
- Minimum Degree (S1) in relevant major subject or equal experience in the subject field minimum 5+ years on the oilfield industry.
- Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ year experiences in the position that relates to formalities, customs clearance and explosive handling.
- Training and Courses:
- PTK-007
- Qualified Explosive Management by MIGAS
- Languages:
- Indonesian (fluent), English (good)
- Required experience:
- 5+ years within the oil industry with experience in project management, operations, drilling, procurement; good knowledge of projects materials/equipment for customs clearance and masterlist application purpose; materials, equipment and services expediting (desk/field) for offshore oil and gas upstream contracts / order;
- Knowledge, Technical, and Professional Skills :
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Familiar with SI-PRS, SIRIB, SO-FAST and another permit application from government.
- Familiar with applicable Laws of Customs Clearance and Explosive Handling.

- Comply with requirements of the Safety, Health and Environmental laws of Indonesia and obey the corporate policy of Eni Indonesia on Safety, Health and Environment, and to practice Eni Indonesia Safety Systems.
- Provide and maintain safe and healthy conditions of work to subordinate personnel and control over the compliance by the personnel all safety and labor protection rules and regulations
- HSES awareness in all duties and activities / compliance enforcement with general HSES rules
