Responsibility
- Understanding the role of Quantity Surveying in the construction industry.
- Checklist of all kinds of Civil Work at site.
- Construction methodologies of Civil Works based on construction industry.
- Making project chartered and feasible reports.
- Understanding and reading the Structural and Architectural Drawings.
- Quantity take off from the Drawing like PCC, RCC, Reinforcement, Shuttering, etc.
- Quantity take off from the Architectural Drawing (Like brickwork, Plaster Painting Putty work, etc.)
- Analysis of all kinds of civil drawings with proper presentation in Microsoft Office format.
- Estimation of all kinds of Civil works.
- Pre-engineered Building (PEB) estimation.
- Costing techniques of All kind of Civil Works.
- Manpower deployment planning as per budget.
- Manpower output analysis as per IS code, Schedule of Rates, and as per standard technique.
- Profit and Loss Analysis in Manpower and Machinery Deployed at construction site.
- Daily Work Report preparation as per Quantity Surveyor Standard.
- Bill of Quantity (BOQ) take off (Material and Preparation)
- Rate analysis of all Kinds of Civil Works.
- Material reconciliation techniques from Contractor and Client side
- Material procurement strategies as per the techniques used in Quantity Surveying.
Requirement
- Indonesia citizen
(other than Indonesia, automatically reject) - Job is project contract based
- Has experience as Civil Engineer min. 2 years
- Able to show the related certificated
- Able for design and 3D modelling
- Able operating Auto CAD
- Skilled in Estimating, Calculating, Negotiating, and Presentation.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work at Project Site at Cilamaya, Karawang, West Java
Turbine Supervisor for Mechanical
Responsibility
- Coordinate with Leader for Turbine Mechanical Schedule.
- Coordinate and Instruction with team for Install Material, Measuring, Adjusting, Setting and Alignment.
- Making Daily report
- Supervise Turbine Installation
Requirement
- Specialize in Turbine for Combine Cycle Power Plant
- Have knowledge and experience of:
- Cooling Tower
- HRSG
- Steam Turbine Generator
- Vacuum Pump
- Compressor
- Gas Extraction System
- EDG
- ACWP Pump
