HC Operations & Reporting
to strengthen our Human Capital Directorate.
This role you will responsible for:
- Manage & Supervising to Regulatory HC Reporting (Monthly & Annually) basis
- Responsible for Employee Database (New Hire, Probation, Promotion, and Termination)
- Responsible for Employee Services (Payroll, HRIS, Insurance, Tax, BPJS, Remuneration, and Compensation Benefit Cycle, etc)
- Supervise all of HC Operations scope work
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience handling same role (prefer someone from Banking Industry)
- Proficient by using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Having good communication in English
- Willing to work under tight deadline and minimum supervision.
