1. Secratary
Responsibilities
- Arrangement of Director’s meeting agenda and activities
- Archives and Mail Administration/ Documentation
- Support for additional Activities (such as : Hotel Reservations, Airline Tickets, and Support for Making Apartment Agreements)
Requirement
- Minimum 24 Years Old
- Educational Background minimum Diploma Degree, major in Secretary, Communication or Administration
- Fluent in English speaking and good correspondence in English.
- Good communication for Internal & External relation
- Has minimum 1 year experience as Secretary to Director
- Has big interested in Administration stuff (detail and conscientious persons)
2. IT Service Designer Manager
ResponsibilitiesPersonal ability :
- Knowledge in data processing(SQL, Excel, Access)
- Good in English (written & verbal)
- Energized, Passionate in IT system & new digital technology,and autonomous person
- Strong logical thinking/problem solving, initiative and priority setting
- Good communication and good as a team leader
Requirement
- Maximum 45 years old
- Education Background must posses min. Bachelor Degree up to Master Degree with major in Information Technology
- Have min. 5 years working experience in IT StartUp Company or IT Service Provider (big scale of cloud computing such as AWS, GCP, including servers, storage databases, networking, software, analytics, and intelligence.)
- Having ability to execute“cutting-edge” digital technologies including data analytics
- Has experience of design thinking, creation of entire concept by utilizing digital technology.
3. Brand Marketing Associate Manager
Responsibilities
Personal ability :
- Language skills : Good in Indonesia & English (written & verbal)
- Preferable to have ability in creative design (Photoshop, Adobe’s creative apps, etc).
- Has strong analytical & logical thinking/problem solving, creative thinking, initiative & follow-through, and priority setting
- Has good communication and can work both individually and as a team
- Able to work in tight schedule and underpressure
- Quickly understand a brief description (fast learner person)
Requirement
- Has experience in marketing, product development, or brand activation area (at least both of them) min. 4 years
- Educational background : S1 any field (preferable science, marketing, business major)
- To fulfill grade as Associate Brand Manager
- Marketing knowledge :
- Understand insight and concept of marketing strategy (4P)
- Knowing well about sales and profit as core business target, including marketing expense management
- Has knowledge and ability to making in :
- a. Brand and product management
- b. Product Development
- c. Consumer research
- d. Above the line activity (TVC, branding, etc), Below the line activity (promotional, event, etc), digital activity
4. IT Service Designer Staff
Responsibilities
- Good in English (written & verbal)

- Strong logical thinking/problem solving, initiative and priority setting
- Good communication and good as a team leader
Requirement
- Age 25-30 years old
- Education Background must posses min. Bachelor Degree up to Master Degree with major in Information Technology
- Have minimum 3 years working experience in IT StartUp Company or IT Service Provider
- Has experience in IT maintenance (infrastructure & application).
- Has experience in the business process optimization (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing)
- Has experience of implementation cloud computing (e.g. AWS, GCP)
- Public Relations knowledge:
- Create idea, plan & implement activities (especially digital and environment)
- Collaborate with internal & external parties (especially brand team, digital marketing team, & agencies) and maintain good relation for conducting
- Capture qualitative data, insights, and best practices and seek for new activitiy opportunities
- Manage & implement activities based on schedule (include briefing, following up, reviewing / analyzing)
5. Public Relations Staff
Requirement
- Has experience in Public Relation minimal 5 years
- Educational Background : Bachelor Degree (S1) – Magister (S2) major in any field (preferable science, marketing, business major)
- To fulfill grade as Senior Staff
Personal ability :
- Language skills : Good in Indonesia & English (written & verbal)
- Preferable to have ability in creative design (Photoshop, Adobe’s creative apps, etc).
- Has strong analytical & logical thinking/problem solving, creative thinking, initiative & follow-through, and priority setting
- Has good communication and can work both individually and as a team • Able to work in tight schedule and under pressure
- Quickly understand a brief description (fast learner person)
