Tanggal Dipublish: 27 Januari 2024PT Stockbit Investa Bersama (Stockbit) telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) untuk melakukan akuisisi terhadap perusahaan sekuritas anggota Bursa Efek Indonesia, yakni PT Mahakarya Artha Sekuritas (kode broker XL).
Bibit adalah perusahaan finansial teknologi milik PT Bibit Tumbuh Bersama yang menyediakan portal jual beli reksadana untuk memperjual-belikan produk investasi reksadana secara daring (online) dari berbagai perusahaan manajer investasi (asset management). Sebagai sebuah marketplace, Bibit telah mengantongi lisensi dari OJK pada akhir 2018 sebagai agen penjual reksadana. Dan dijalankan oleh Juvenco Pelupessy, William Anwar, Hendy Djuarto, dan Harry Dinata. Bibit juga didukung oleh angel investor Christopher Angkasa untuk operasional awalnya.

1. Tax Specialist - Sekuritas
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst or Tax Preparer
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with accounting software packages
- Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant subject; industry certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is prefrred
2. Settlement Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Capital Market (priority), Management, or Finance
- 1 year of experience in Operations/Settlement, Selling Agent (APERD), Custodian Bank, Securities, Investment Manager will be a plus
- Strong knowledge in S-Invest system
- Strong initiative and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Licensed in WAPERD is preferred
- Loyal and active person
- Strong skill in Ms. Excel is preferred
3. Cash Settlement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university 1 to 2 years’ experience in Corporate Actions role
- Experience in cash settlement
- Good knowledge of banking and corporate actions procedure
- Team player, tech savvy, and self starter
- Excellent ability to speak and write in English
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge in operating microsoft excel
4. Productivity Engineer
Requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills will be essential.
- Able to code in any of these programming languages : NodeJS / Golang / Python
- Experience in utilizing productivity tools/services(SaaS) such as SlackBot, Zapier, JIRA
- Experience and skills in cloud infrastructure provisioning is a BIG plus
- Experience with writing CI/CD pipelines is a BIG Plus
- Exceptional written, visual, and oral communication skills to engage a variety of audiences, including developers, QA professionals, and senior decision makers.
- Highly motivated and a strong desire to make an impact. Capable of being productive when working either collaboratively or independently.

5. QA Tester Manual Intern - Stockbit
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or last semester undergraduate student
- Experienced in managing multiple projects and always strive for excellence
- Understand and having experience in trading or using an investment app (especially Stockbit)
- Strong attention to detail
- Eager to learn new things and explore innovative approaches
- Experienced in Quality Assurance or Coding is a plus
- Able to work remotely from Monday to Friday for a minimum of 3 months

- Update and maintain office policies and procedures

- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
10. Assistant Manager Accounting & Finance - Sekuritas
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Lead minimum of 4 years with 7 years of total experience in Finance
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Proficient user of finance software
- Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus

Requirements
