1. Back End Developer
Descriptions:
- Take over the entire lifecycle of high complexity engineering projects or features including software design, development, and deployment as well as maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Deliver features on time
- Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, or related subject
- Minimum 2 years in backend or full stack development using Java, preferably able to use Spring framework
- Solid knowledge of the full software development life cycle from design to delivery
- Experience with Git
- Experience working with continuous integration and delivery is a huge plus
- Ability to travel (both locally and abroad) for short-term and long-term project assignment
- Proficient in English both spoken and written (could speak mandarin will be an advantage)
2. Head of Field Collection
Job Description :
- Enhance, and motivate the team to attract, retain and develop capacity, capability, and talent to ensure business objectives.
- Monitor billing process and procedures, initiate strategy and ensure quality of execution to maximize recovery and mitigate risks.
- Work with the strategy team on how to improve billing performance and new strategies.
- Be proactive and consistent in managing the loan portfolio for the adverse impact of providing/loss of debt so that it can contribute to the bank's profit.
- Analyzing & providing recommendations to superiors regarding periodic, monthly, quarterly & annual strategies.
- Cooperate & coordinate with external collection parties, law offices, auction houses, NGOs & law enforcement officers.
- The billing process runs according to the procedures, OJK and BI regulations.
- Carry out strict internal control over procedures, audit recommendations and local regulatory requirements to protect the bank from potential losses.
- Coordinate with all branches that can assist the billing process.
- Assist & assist the team to achieve the targets given by the management.
Requirement :
- S1 Management/ Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 7 years experience in collection
- Knowledge related to billing in banking or fintech
- Experience and ability to lead a team
- Mastering Ms. Office
- Have the ability to negotiate
- Ability in Communication skill
Expertise:
- Knowledge of OJK and BI regulations
- Knowledge of how to negotiate
- Knowledge of banking operations
3. Head of Corporate Legal Department
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience, preferable with minimum 4 years of lawyering experience;
- Have an extensive knowledge on technology or financial sectors;
- Professional level proficiency of English;
- Excellent collaboration, communication and time management skills;
- Strong commercial awareness, understanding of services, corporate governance and regulatory issues;
- Good issues spotting and problem-solving skills;
- Responsible, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure; and
- Strong work ethic, very organized, and keen attention to detail.
Responsibility:
- Partnering closely with the legal counsel and take responsibility for the legal support specifically on digital business and digital banking operation;
- Effectively identifying, monitoring and managing legal risks arising from the business decision through creating, developing and implementing legal risk framework, policies and procedures, and monitoring dashboard;
- Drafting and review general commercial contractual agreements;
- Drafting and review banking deposits and lending products related agreements;
- Works independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams; and
- Leading a group of 3-5 members.
