Saat ini PT Kideco Jaya Agung kembali membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan April 2023. Lowongan Kerja PT Kideco Jaya Agung Terbaru 2023
1. Strategic & Improvement Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve end-to-end SCM business process, vendor & contract management, business process & system improvement, SOP & application development, management reports, SCM KPI, data analysis, cost control for SCM fund center
- Support internal and external audit
- Liaise with other functions to organize SCM program/events
- Closely communicates with all Strategic & Improvements team, SCM team, SCM Management, department users as customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science
- Min. 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management Business Process, preferably from a Mining Company
- Having knowledge and familiar of ERP Applications (SAP, JDE, Oracle, Ellipse)
- Good in data/business/system analyst, heavy equipment contractors, major dealer, manufacturing, logistics company or consulting company
- Understand the integration process (material management, procurement, finance, plant maintenance)
- Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 5 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to Poh)
2. Strategic & Improvement Staff
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end SCM business process; vendor & contract management, business process & system improvement, SOP & Application Development, management reports, SCM KPI, data analysis, cost control for SCM fund center
- Support internal & external audit
- Liaise with other functions to organize SCM program/events
- Closely communicates with all Strategic & Improvement team, SCM team, SCM Management, department users as customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Management, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science
- Min. 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management Business Process, as ERP functional support, data/business/system analyst in mining industry
- Familiar using ERP applications (SAP, JDE, Ellipse, Oracle, etc.)
- Actively involve in business & system requirement gathering, process flow design, development, UAT, data analysis, create business case & solution proposal
- Understand SCM Business Process & SOP Development
- Good communication, business process understanding, problem solving, data analysis, spreadsheet, and presentation skill
- Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH)
3. Procurement Asstn. Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage process of Purchase Request (PR), conduct sourcing, vendor selection/bidding
- Liaise with legal to create contract document
- Create Purchase Order (PO)
- Expedite PO from supplier until receiving of goods and service to destination into warehouse or requestor
- Closely communicates with Procurement Team, SCM Team, SCM Management, department users as customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial) or Accounting
- Min. 6-9 years of experience as Procurement in Mining industry
- Familiar using ERP applications for procurement process (SAP, JDE, Ellipse, Oracle, Odoo, etc.)
- Experience to manage basic procurement process (PR, sourcing, bidding, PO) of general office consumables, & general service, and material or services
- Has product knowledge of HE parts, component, maintenance services, and conveyor/crusher parts
- Good communication, negotiation, tactical actions to lead operation & presentation skill
- Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH)

4. SCM Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve process of SCM, including procurement, contract, warehouse, inventory, operational expense, and capital expenditure budget, SCM operating procedure, and system improvements
- Closely communicates with Deputy Director SCM, SCM Managers and all SCM team, department users, other department for compliance, and vendors who supply goods or service
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Mechanical / Civil or Industrial Engineering
- Min. 12-18 years of experience in SCM Mining Industry, heavy equipment contractors, facility project/construction project, fix plant, general major dealer/distributor
- Having knowledge and experience using ERP system for procurement process (SAP, JDE, Oracle, Ellipse, Odoo)
- Experience and able to manage the strategic of procurement, material management, business process & system (PR, sourcing, bidding, PO, contract, etc.)
- Able to manage the procurement of major material & services
- Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 5 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH)
5. Inventory Management Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage process of cataloguing, material requirement planning (MRP)
- Consolidate all stock requirement of all warehouses and proceed to inventory purchase request
- Optimize the inventory stock level using inventory control formula
- Manage dead stock and scrapped items
- Apply the ABC Class/pareto analysis by material group/major items/critically
- Closely communicates with all Inventory Team, SCM Team, SCM Management, department users ascustomers, other department of compliance, and vendors who provide VHS/Consignment stocks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial) & Accounting
- Min. 6-9 years of experience as Inventory Control in Mining industry
- Experience in using ERP system for material management process (SAP, JDE, Ellipse, Oracle, Odoo)
- Experience to manage basic material management process (GR, Gl, MRP, Stock Take, put away, storing), into ERP System
- Able to lead B2B implementation
- Understand the integration process (User, Procurement, Finance, HSE, and communication with vendors)
- Able to manage inventory of spare parts, component, workshop & general consumables, mechanical, electrical, construction material, fuel, lubricant, tire, etc.
- Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH)
